This policy explains how Invstoc researches, reviews and updates its educational content about personal finance and investing.
Source Standards
We prefer original and authoritative materials whenever a claim can be checked at the source. Depending on the topic, that can include securities regulators, government agencies, official filings, plan documents, fund prospectuses and issuer disclosures.
Writing and Review
Articles should answer a specific reader question, explain important trade-offs and avoid filler added only to increase length. Facts that can materially affect a financial decision should be checked against reliable sources. Illustrative examples must be labeled or written so they cannot be mistaken for guaranteed outcomes.
What We Do Not Claim
Invstoc does not present invented client experiences, fabricated credentials or fictional professional histories as evidence. General educational articles are not a substitute for advice based on an individual’s finances, taxes, legal situation or risk profile.
Corrections and Material Updates
When we find a meaningful error, we correct it. When rules, limits or other time-sensitive details change, we aim to update the affected guide rather than leave old information presented as current. Readers can report possible errors at contact@invstoc.com.
Advertising
Advertising may fund the website, but it should remain distinguishable from editorial content. Editorial conclusions are not sold to advertisers.
